The Sierra Group Academy for Adults with Disabilities
The Sierra Group Academy (SGA) offers training programs that provide office technology and specialized business courses for job seekers with disabilities across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and beyond! It is a program of The Sierra Group Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to drive up employment for Americans with disabilities, including veterans. The Academy uses mainstream and assistive technology, works with various funding partners, and has strong business relationships to help train and place its students in the workforce.

Our accommodation, recruitment and professional development services for companies across the USA is what sets the tone for adult skills training at Sierra Group Academy.
Sierra Group serves individuals with disabilities in a variety of ways at The Sierra Group Academy. Our Learn at Home, work anywhere model lets adults with disabilities to become proficient in workplace skills from the comfort of their homes (Remote), or those who live nearby can pop in to our center city Philadelphia training center for a hybrid approach.

Adults with any form of disability gain Mastery of MSOffice 365 Suite and Business Communication soft skills necessary to succeed in today’s remote or hybrid job market. Graduates may qualify for one-to-one job search services.
